I hate being sick. I especially hate being sick on a day that you've been looking forward to for a while. I was suppose to go to Stone Mountain with a couple of friends. We were going to take a picnic and spend the day there, then watch the fireworks tonight. Instead, my friends are there and I'm alone at home, trying to at least get a little better. This is dumb.

Hmm...I went to the pool yesterday and now I'm burned. You would think that I would know not to go during the hottest part of the day by now

| Hmm...i guess it's about time for an update, huh? Things are all sorts of exciting here in Georgia...ok, so maybe not
I'm still working at Starbucks, which is always fun...we're having artists show there work throughout the summer, and mine's going up first. We're actually putting it up tomorrow, which should be interesting. I'm the guinea pig...they needed someone to practice on before they start having people outside the store put there's up, and picked me. Woohoo!
I guess that's the only interesting thing going on at the moment, or at least the only interesting thing that I can sum up in a few words. Oh, and I've found out that I can't trust some people...namely a certain male individual who decided that he could carry on four different relationships at the same time without the other girls finding out. Stupid boy. (sorry, just needed to vent a little)
Ahh well. Live and learn...

I went and played pool last night with some people from work. I stink at pool. The only game I actually played was teams and I didn't hit one ball in...the only reason we didn't totally and completely fail is that Brian got most of them in. It's pretty pathetic. It was lots of fun watching the others play and just hanging out with people outside of work. The only downside of the night was that I stuck my arm in some beer that had spilled out onto the counter...that stuff smells so bad! Blech.
Now it's off to work! I had to pick up a couple of hours today because a store in our district (one about a mile away from where the pool hall was) was held up last night and the people who work there are too scared to work, so a couple of people from our store are going to cover the store for the night...yep. There's never a dull moment at Starbucks!
